At Ateliér Wall Design, every product is crafted and handled with precision, ensuring exceptional quality and service.

• Wallpaper Orders:

Our standard production lead time is 7-10 business days from proof approval.

• Custom Furniture, Mirrors & Wall Art:

These items are custom-made to order and require a 15-business-day manufacturing lead time prior to dispatch.

As these products are individually created to your specifications, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.

• Shipping & Dispatch:

We ship within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase.

A tracking number will be provided prior to dispatch for your convenience.

• Installations:

We outsource all installations to reputable third-party installers who are experienced and trusted in their craft.

Please ensure that all wallpaper or project deadlines are clearly communicated to our team in advance so that we can coordinate accordingly.
