Do you have a physical showroom?
We do not have a physical showroom. Instead, our website serves as a virtual design studio, where you can explore our full collection of curated wall designs.
Samples can be requested for specific designs at a nominal fee, allowing you to experience the quality and texture of our products before ordering.
How do I measure my wall?
To determine the correct measurements for your wallpaper:
- Measure the maximum height of the wall (ignore skirting and ceiling moulding).

Measure the full width of the wall, including doors or windows.
These dimensions ensure your design is scaled and printed accurately for a perfect fit.
What wall preparation is required before installation?
To achieve a flawless finish, the wall surface must be smooth, dry, and free of imperfections.
Wallpaper should not be applied to face brick, outdoor walls, plastic, metal, melamine, glass, or door frames.
Walls must be skimmed, primed, and painted prior to installation.
Our wallpapers are produced in custom panels or seamless pieces, not in traditional rolls. Please ensure your installer is experienced with seamless wallpaper application, as this process differs from standard wallpaper installation and requires precise alignment for a perfect join.
Ateliér Wall Design cannot be held liable for wallpaper applied to unsuitable or unprepared surfaces.
Can your wallpaper be used in bathrooms?
Yes. Our Seamless UV-printed wallpaper is suitable for bathrooms and areas exposed to humidity, provided proper ventilation is maintained.
How are windows and doors handled during printing?
Our printing process covers the entire wall as if no windows or doors exist. For recessed areas (like set-back windows or doors), we offer a few finishing options:
- Choose to tuck the wallpaper into either the top and bottom or the left and right.
- Accept a slight pattern variation in corners.
- Add a decorative beading around the recessed area for a refined, finished look.
What is your lead time for orders and delivery?
Our production lead time is approximately 7-10 business days after payment is received and artwork has been approved.
For both existing and custom designs, a digital proof will be sent for approval before printing begins.
Do you provide wallpaper installation services?
At Ateliér, we believe installation is an art - one that requires precision and experience.
We outsource our installations exclusively to a trusted network of reputable, professional installers who share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Our installation partners are hand-selected for their:
