Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@atelierwalldesign.co.za or +27 83 200 7818.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

 

Lead Times

  • Wallpaper: 7–10 business days manufacturing lead time prior to dispatch.
  • Custom Furniture: 15–20 business days manufacturing lead time prior to dispatch.

Tracking will be provided prior to dispatch. We will arrange a suitable time for installation or delivery. Communicate deadlines clearly so we can meet your requirements.

 

Important Notes

  • We use third-party installers and are not liable for incorrect measurements provided to us. Please measure the maximum width and height. A 50 mm bleed is added on all sides for trimming purposes.
  • Once artwork proofs are approved, we will not be liable for reprints.
  • All wallpapers, mirrors, wall art, and custom furniture are made to order and non-refundable. Items damaged in transit will be replaced. Additional courier charges for outlying areas will be communicated before dispatch.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Wallpaper: 7–10 business days lead time.
  • Custom Furniture: 15–20 business days lead time.

Tracking will be provided prior to dispatch. We will schedule installation/delivery, so please communicate deadlines to ensure timely service.
